Refund & Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However in the case that you are not 100% Satisfied, You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of your order, which is the day the order arrives at your home, to return items included in the applicable order for a one-time-use store credit of the purchase price your paid (excluding any amounts you have paid for shipping, taxes, and/or Rush Delivery unless required by applicable law).
Please note the following conditions for returns:
1. Items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition. Our return policy does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.
2. To ensure a smooth return process, please consolidate all items from a single order into one return package.
3. We continuously monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges in any situation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please email us at info@abseeoptics.com if you need a return. We do not accept returns without being notified of the return first.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return to process your refund as each frame goes thoroughly inspected.
